February is
really the most busy, expensive month in the year.. Me and the boyfriend
celebrate our annual anniversary. Then you have Valentine’s Day and last but not
least, the 26th. Not only the Oscars are hold that day, but it’s
also my birthday. I’m stepping into the
world of ‘twenty-something’ I don’t mind it at all! Because I see it as a chance to
really become mature and take responsibility for everything I do. Childhood is
over. But that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun!
This Sunday
I went eating in Magis. I can say it was very magical.. It’s a one Michelin star restaurant in
Tongeren(Belgium). Tongeren is the oldest town in Belgium. Too bad I didn’t
make any pictures of the city. Next time I will. I am definitely going back for a quick lunch because it was so delicious! Also
the interior was very topnotch. The place reminded me of an art gallery. As
being the girlfriend of a top chef, I have to be very critical. In the
beginning was this very difficult; I didn't knew anything about the ‘cuisson,
brunoise’ and all those kitchen things! But after several years I can already tell the difference between a good dish and just rubbish! Who knows, maybe you
can find me one day in my own restaurant as ‘Chef de Maison’? I am wise full enough
to stay out of the kitchen.
