Dinner In Magis - Anniversary date*

February is really the most busy, expensive month in the year.. Me and the boyfriend celebrate our annual anniversary.Then you have Valentine’s Day and last but not least, the 26^th. Not only the Oscars are hold that day, but it’s also my birthday. I’m stepping into the world of ‘twenty-something’ I don’t mind it at all! Because I see it as a chance to really become mature and take responsibility for everything I do. Childhood is over. But that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun!

This Sunday I went eating in Magis. I can say it was very magical.. It’s a one Michelin star restaurant in Tongeren(Belgium). Tongeren is the oldest town in Belgium. Too bad I didn’t make any pictures of the city. Next time I will. I am definitely going back for a quick lunch because it was so delicious! Also the interior was very topnotch. The place reminded me of an art gallery. As being the girlfriend of a top chef, I have to be very critical. In the beginning was this very difficult; I didn't knew anything about the ‘cuisson, brunoise’ and all those kitchen things! But after several years I can already tell the difference between a good dish and just rubbish! Who knows, maybe you can find me one day in my own restaurant as ‘Chef de Maison’? I am wise full enough to stay out of the kitchen.
